Shipping policy

Please note that we ship Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.

We offer free US domestic shipping on orders $250 + 

Free in-store local pick up is available to local customers.

Domestic Shipping - 

Seasons ships within the USA via USPS or UPS. Most packages arrive in 1-2 business days on the east coast, 2-3 business days mid west, and 3-4 business days west coast. We also ship overnight, options are available at checkout. 

International Shipping - 

Seasons ships international orders via USPS or UPS. Most packages arrive within 10 days but there can be customs delays. There are express options available at checkout. You are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. If a package is refused for non payment of fees and returned to us, you are liable for return shipping costs and any duties incurred. Seasons is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.

Lost Packages - 

Once a package is shipped with our designated mail carrier (UPS or USPS) we have little control over what happens to it. Seasons is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. Please reach out to us if you did not receive your order as we will do our best to help you find it or process a claim.
